Skin problems start with disruption of you digestion ⚠️, if you will not fix your digestion you can not have a clear skin does not matter what skin care products you use, which dermatologist you visit, or anything you do. I also had the same problem, had multiple digestion issues but I did lot of research and gained knowledge that helped me recover my gut health without any supplement or expensive skincare products (although I had a basic skincare routine). I have followed all these steps myself for 2 years now to change my skin from full of acne to clean and clear! Diet Rules to follow -
Always follow this golden rule - avoid ⚠️ Fried, Refined and Sugar based food. It will solve 70% of your problems 😉
Have 500 ml of water🥤 as soon as you wake up, that will help you with your bowl moment and clear up your gut.
Have home cooked food with less spices and more veggies in i like - carrot, spinach, cucumber, beetroot, etc.
Avoid dairy products for a while, you can have them once your skin is clear (start again only if suits you! most of us do not even realize we are lactose intolerant 🥛❌) and yes you can have curd that will help a lot to recover your healthy gut bacteria and improve your digestion (just do not have at night).
Avoid any nut butters, seeds, dry fruits (although you can have them soaked) , etc for a while because if you have acnes it means your digestion is disrupted and that needs to be healed, and your digestion will only heal if you give it some rest by eating lite food.
Have coconut water🌴 daily as a first thing in the morning, empty stomach. (Or aloe vera juice with some warm water)
Have at least one meal of row fruits or vegetables. Bellow are best fruits and veggies for skin -
If all of this is too much for then just know that you only need to have natural food items which are not processed and easy on your gut 🥗
✅ Note - Once the acne starts to heal you can start to have your normal diet and by normal I do not mean momos and all! what I mean is healthy foods which I told you to avoid like - Nuts and nut butters, dairy, etc.
